Siyoung: Gaining Mental Clarity

SIYOUNG: Meditation is– a lot of people have already said this. But it’s a good way to just keep mindfulness and awareness in your life. And I think for me, it always helps me clear my thoughts. It’s like taking a breath after you’re out of it but in a mental way.

And I don’t really meditate every day. And there are big chunks of time when I just don’t meditate at all. But whenever I do get back into it, get back into meditation, it always feels much better. And I always feel calmer. Or I feel like I can actually do whatever it is that I want to do. And I also only do it for short period of time. And that’s fine. So yeah. I think it’s just important to just try it out and get started.
