Neki: Contributing to Class Discussions

NEKI: So in a group setting, I sometimes struggle to participate because, as a perfectionist, I really try to come up with the best idea or the best answer to a question.

And one thing that helps me get out of there is to raise my hand, to focus on a smaller step, because then I can just wait until someone asks me to share my thoughts. And by waiting there, I have a really short amount of time to come up with an answer and an answer that is good enough.
