Magdalena: Reframing Critical Thoughts

MAGDALENA: Another strategy that I use to face my challenge is being less judgmental with myself. I have an inner voice that is constantly talking and judging what I do or what I think. And in this case, I start reframing my thoughts into positive ones.

So instead of blaming myself on how I used this sentence or why I use this stance, I start celebrating that at least I had the courage to talk and to participate in class. So, yes, that was another tool that I use– very helpful.
