SIYOUNG: I’ve only started mood tracking for a few months. But I think once I do it for longer, hopefully I’ll see that the bad weeks are lesser in frequency and lesser in length. And that’ll be a sign of progress. And if there isn’t a sign of progress, then that means, OK, I need to do something about this. So it just gives you information that you can either do something about or that will confirm some good news for you.
