MAGDALENA: Another strategy that I use to face my challenge is I began writing down on paper what I was about to say. And sometimes saying that out loud before having a conversation, doing some rehearsals was very useful not just in an academic or professional environment. I use this in every possible situation.

So for instance, if I have to make a call and just to make an appointment with the doctor, so before that, I said it aloud in my head so I feel more confident and less nervous. And I found out that was another very useful tool.
