Siyoung: Recognizing & Acknowledging Emotions

SIYOUNG: Just recognizing and acknowledging your emotions are really, really powerful. And it can help you make more objective or maybe more rational decisions. Once you just step out of how you’re feeling and just say, oh, this is how I’m feeling, and this is maybe why or how it happened that way, I think it can just be a good way to organize your thoughts.
